Good places to print a small run?

I want to print a few (20-50) books of the 24 page colour comic I've made for my final project at college, to be sold at the end of year show (and potential future comicons). Right now I'm looking at Mixam at print them, but I thought I'd ask first:

• does anyone have experience with Mixam? What are people's opinions on them?
• what small run printers do people recommend? (Note: they would have to ship to the UK before May 17th, Kablam is out because of this)
• what things should I keep in mind when sending my comic to print?

I usually print via Alibaba or Aliexpress since they can do print runs as low as single prints! All the sellers ship from China though, so expect at least 3 weeks shipping.

Search up "custom printed comic book" and a couple of options should pop up.

Agree with the comment above. You can get really nice affordable prints from Alibaba. I've had items made by one of the factories that I found there.

Main thing I recommend before sending your comic is check your bleeds and margins. Every printer is different so ask what they recommend.
