Well my first suggestion would be to add a link to your comic when people click on your name. Your profile on here can leave a link to your work. ^^
Webtoons has very poor visibility in general. I heard in the past that in order to be eligible to hit popularity lists your comic needs to have over 1000 total likes. Being featured depends solely on whether or not the editors who run those sections believe that your comic will make the site money. There are a lot of quality comics that are never featured by Webtoons, it's a site with 1.8 millions plus comics in total so a lot does get lost easily, me personally I left the site to focus on Tapas and Globalcomix as I wasn't doing well on WT.
In my experience the only types of comics that get featured are romance novels, stuff with dragons in it, slice of life, shonens and Isekais. It's also a site that doesn't often promote anything adult rated.
I myself quit reading on Webtoons because the comment bot has a timer that stops me posting my next comment too quickly. It will also censor random words like 'drugged' 'landmine', 'suga' and 'Super Mario' I used to open up 3 windows for one comic and leave multiple sets of comments for one comic on the 3 sites it was on. I had to stop doing it because the webtoons comment bot kept slowing me down so much. For comics with short chapters I had to count Missisipis before I could leave a comment I found 5 put me in the clear, it was disgraceful. I nickname the comment bot George Orwell it's one of the reasons why reader retention is so low on Webtoons and why a lot of comment sections tend to be barren. That a long with notifications not working when people leave creators comments or the ability to click on people's names to go to profiles are the reasons why it feels like your shouting into a big barren empty void a lot of the time.
Being featured is nice but you're far better off advertising yourself and being active within the community. A feature on it's own won't do much for you in the long run, it helps if it happens, but on it's own it can only go so far. Webtoons excels at advertising but there are tens of thousands of other creators still active on the site and it's hard to stand out on it.
