Hi my name is Sam and I am doing about Japanese yokai. The main character is a Kappa who decides to not eat humans and a girl who is also a yokai with magical powers. They are both headed on a journey. The kappa hears a voice in his head, but doesn't know where he is headed. The girl yokai lost her mother and does not know what happened to her father and sister. She is following the Kappa to see if he can lead her to her family. Basically a journey of a witch and a human sized, (previously) man eating, turtle.

The high class, the low class and the Infected.

The high class rules and control the low class with
some electronic head bands. The infected don't have

It's easier to call for a Bounty Hunter.
