Hello everyone, my name is Eliana and I'm from Puerto Rico (island in the Caribbean)

I hope this is right, I haven't joined a forum in years and am very rusty, haha.

But greetings everyone! I hope to get to explore a bit around the forums and find some interesting webcomics to enjoy and love.

I have mostly kept my work to myself except from a few exceptions and am finally pushing forth in publishing one of my webcomics here, Cosmic Fish. It studies behavior somewhat in a cosmic existential level, haha... but that's for later, I suppose. The focus is of these ghosts who have re-obtained bodies yet have no memories of their previous life or how they died, and now they're doomed to be in a body that begins to turn into a monster in due time. So some either accept their fate, or fight to prevent it. I'm really happy to work on it finally after a few years of hesitation.

Anyway, if you're curious there it is, but tell me about yourselves! What are your interests? What webcomics do you mostly seek out or recommend (be it yourself or otherwise), I'd love to hear about it. C:

Hi Eliana! Welcome to Tapastic! Now that I think about it I probably should introduce myself properly here as I simply barged in and started posting... :'D But have a warm welcome from forum barger.

Ooh, your comic sounds intriguing! I already love the premise of it. I'll definitely take a look once it's not quite as late (aka 2am) here. It sounds like something that would be right down my alley.

But um, I'm Damatris or Dama for short and I'm from currently snowy and dark Finland. I would probably burn to crisp if I visited Puerto Rico as I got sunburn in England. Which is something I'm both embarrassed and weirdly proud as I feel like I've broken the laws of physics with it. I draw a drama / fantasy comic Fallacy about bunch of people doing bad decisions in ancient Scandinavia.

Ohgoodness, please yes go to sleep, haha. But I hope you enjoy it when you start reading! I already uploaded the first chapter and am at a good pace with the second which is really where I'm happier with the plot. (And it also follows Puerto Rican folklore much better)

Finland, huh? That sounds cool! (nopunintended) I'm not gonna lie, I've never seen snow in my life, but yes you would most likely suffer some sun burns since even I still have to shield from the sun and I've been here all my life.

But I will definitely check out your comic! I love mythology and the premise let out a chuckle from me, so I will definitely read it ASAP

Welcome to Tapastic Eliana! I checked out your comic and I really like it, especially the character designs! I'm also a sucker for comics about ghosts, seeing as I make one called Heroes of Thantopolis!

I'm from the United States, and have just begun my thanksgiving break, which is nice! My second to last semester of college is almost over.
I read a lot of comics, mostly fantasy and generally serials rather than gag a days. I love reading, listening to music and watching TV.

Oh man, I listen to so much music!
Right now I'm jamming out to Computer Love's Davos which is electro-pop. I love indie rock, alternative and electronic. Some of my favorite new releases are Outfit's Slowness, Darwin Deez's Double Down, Mini Mansion's The Great Pretenders, and like a lot more! I host a weekly radio show at my college as well.

Hello and welcome to the forums.

I dig your comic, looking forward to where this goes, lovely art. I always appreciate stuff with spirits and other worlds.

I post long winded posts in threads every once in a while on here. On this site I mostly go for gag and slice of life stuff out of convenience, but fantasy and drama heavy comics always suck me in. Gunnerkrig Court, Last Halloween, and Dumbing of age are some of my favorites. Aside from that drinking, watching cartoons, writing music with my friends is what I get up to.

Hmm, I suppose indie pop or folk depending on who I'm working with. I also play bass in an indie rock band.

The other three are not on the site, but are pretty easy to find in search. (If you will forgive me for being to lazy to hunt down the links.) I'd reccomend Gunnerkrig court to anyone, last halloween gets pretty gorey at times so if thats not your cup of tea then I'd say avoid that.

Nice to meet a fellow Puerto Rican. ^_^ I was born and raised in the states though. Wow, your comic has a lot of thought behind it. Mine's just about punching and kicking or even literally nothing both drawn very fast to keep up with the scheduled days, so they don't look as good as I could make them admittedly.

I'm a writer and currently looking to write and submit a screenplay or two and two (traditionally published) comic series.

A couple webcomics that are not mine I recommend are

Eternal Autumn super pretty
Scribbles cute and funny
A Forever Quest if you like my sense of humor you'll like his

There's tons of other great comics, I could go on and on. Some of the other ones I'm sure you'll run into since they're quite popular.
