Thank you, I appreciate it. I actually thought it's be better for time related reasons, while official illustrations like
will be mostly watercolor.
Another main reason is because while I still like it, the characters have a very overall...cutesy appearance, and I think the pencil/ink helps balances it out with a more "badass" vibe (think Kid Goku or the Classic Sonic designs). The story will get pretty gritty at some points. However, I will continue making those little bonus chapters in the watercolor style, in which the scenes are more light hearted and goofy. It's the best of both worlds I'd like to carefully fuse like no one's seen before.
This new chapter had already started, in watercolor, so I'll finish this one before I make that move in the future.
And thanks again, you are actually the first person who preferred the watercolor over my original color style.
