It loos like you joined recently so I'll ask, do you have at least 250 subs? You have to reach the milestone to unlock ink support and I think the only exception is during inksgiving. It also takes a suuuper long time for them to accumulate to even $5.
Besides that, one of the ways you can get views/subs by having a good thumbnail. Pretty art is always going to be the reason why someone clicks on a comic. Ideally something very detailed and colored (manhwa or anime style).
in my opinion, I don't really think there's a way to just "get more views". It takes a ton of patience. I know a few people who uploaded their comic for years before they got noticed. I hope this helped some
