I recommend resizing the image to the required dimensions yourself using Photoshop before uploading, rather than letting the platform automatically resize the image for you, which typically degrades the image quality more.
The image is 960 pixels on 1440 pixels precisely, which is what the Tapas site said it should be, so I don't know what's wrong :C
