The joke entry isn't as much of a joke as you may think
Hard to say, what are you trying to say about the character? Dark hair makes a character feel 'normal' and 'down to earth' while light hair makes a character seem more 'fanciful' or 'airy'
She'll have the overconfident contradictions of a young adult so she'll be all of those at one point or another.
BUT ... I'm looking at unthinking visual appeal at the moment. The fishing hook for the eye.
Dark hair is overwhelmingly preferred everywhere I shared this sketch.
But it has been pointed out that light hair is a lot easier to draw. This is a solid argument.
I am generally into dark-haired characters, but the fair hair gives her cute-but-badass Buffy vibes
Hmmm... maybe light hair.
