Honestly with your comic, I have no idea. It'd certainly be a "wild card", but precisely because it's a wild card and nothing like anything else currently on the Bonus or Early Access programs, it's not something I can 100% say "no way would anything like that ever get a Tapas contract" about.
Sub growth wise, you seem to be doing okay. Like I think my early sub growth was similar. I got my first feature after updating for about 10 months, and I had about 275 subs (without using sub-for-sub) when that happened.
The main area I see as a potential blocker for a contract for you may be things like target audience and comp titles. Obviously for bonus program titles especially, Tapas wants the work to be something that draws new people to the site and makes them want to stick around and read more, similar titles, especially premium ones. So in my case, there's an advantage there, because if you like Errant, chances are you'll also enjoy other Action/Fantasy/Sci-Fi works about queer women with a bold aesthetic, and Tapas has multiple premium titles for people who are into that; Pandora's Devils, Hard Lacquer, Alien Heart, The Flying Ship.
But this might be an issue for you, because if somebody makes a Tapas account to read "That Stick Figure Isekai".... what Tapas titles do they then move onto when they're done? What titles does it look similar to? What premium titles could you do cross-promo with? You might be like "Well, it's a comedy isekai! Like Beware the Villainess!" but you might then find the aesthetic being so radically different from other comics in that category that it doesn't look like it belongs there is a problem (and it's a problem I've faced myself. Errant used to be in the Action category, but had to move when a lot of localised titles were added that made it not really look like it fit in there). It might be necessary to think about where you position the comic and how you present and market it.
So... it's a tricky one! Who knows, maybe Tapas will try to push more towards more cartoony comedy stuff and that'll be your in-road (the addition of Pandora's Devils and Hard Lacquer becoming premium during my comic's run were big boons for me). Right now, I feel like the lack of obvious candidates for cross-promo may be an issue though. Tapas likes to promote things in categories or batches; groups of similar comics, so if you don't have a batch you fit in with that contains popular titles, you'll potentially face same problem decently polished superhero-themed comics on the platform have; lack of enough polished titles in that genre/aesthetic and especially premiums for synergy.
