That entirely depends on you and your goals!
Otherwise the answer is defaulted to yes. It is never too soon to start trying. It is never to late to start trying. There is no "you must be this good to make a thing" bar anyone has to reach. You just start and you get better as you go.
The only way it's not worth it is if you set expectations to high from early on. Comics are slow, building an audience is hard, and money barley comes in even for the highly successful. Mileage may vary. Years will pass.
Art seems decent. You might benefit from streamlining it a little, as it seems a bit detail heavy for the level of cartoon, but that's going to come down to your preference. I think it'd be more useful to create a test page of a comic, then people could give you more relevant feedback. It's hard to judge your sequential art ability from standalone images. But as far as what you've shown I think some people will like this style? Especially if you're able to clean it up a bit for your panels.
