@mohammed_kirito it's extremely rude coming to every thread and posting your link without even reading what OP wrote in the first post and answering to them. This is also a violation of forum rules and might be brought to moderators attention. Which no one here would like to do, so please, be more considerate of other people on the forum.

Sorry to bother you, but I just want to understand something clearly. I was given a warning for sharing the link to my own story, which is published on Tapas. However, I’ve seen others share links to stories from other platforms, and no warning was given to them even though that clearly goes against the community rules.

Isn’t that a violation? And if so, why was I the only one called out? Especially since the tag ‘#promotion’ is specifically meant for promoting, so sharing a Tapas link under it should be allowed.

I am not a mod, so I don't give out any warnings, just trying to appeal to common courtesy. When someone is making a post asking for help, jumping straight to "look at my thing" is just not a good face and no one really likes it - neither the person who is making the post, not any other creator on the forum. As you can see, some of your posts are being flagged by other regulars because of that.
Doesn't matter if the post is under Promotion tag - it's their promotion and it doesn't really call for anyone else to do the same in this thread, unless specifically stated that you are welcome to do so.

If you see the rules being violated, you can also tag the moderator, Ratique, to see to it.
