Technically, probably allowed, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it unless it's a very short chapter. And I'm not sure what the point would be. If you wanted feedback on a draft, it'd be better to post a link to a google doc or similar, and if it was for promo or to actually read, it would be a pointless and/or not very effective use of promoing.
