Hosting on Blogger

A lot of people suggest WordPress for the plugins, but does anyone here host a web comic on Blogger/know of an efficient widget or code that I can install to post a multiple page web comic? Specifically, I'm looking for a function with arrows on each image that readers click to get to the next page/image. Not a timed slideshow or carousel, but something they can click through to read at their own pace? My site has been on Blogger for years, and I only want to migrate to WordPress as a last resort.

I don't know many comics hosted on Blogger/Blogspot but from doing a little research it seems like the ones who are there coded their own templates or edited preexisting templates... but you mentioned widgets. Did you want to make the whole site dedicated to your webcomic or just a portion. You could probably find a "gallery" widget that would allow you to put your comic as a click through gallery, but I don't think people would be able to comment on the individual pages.
