How can i promote my comic + advices for begginers?

There really is no easy way. My tips:
-Update consistently
-Interact with your readers
-Interact with the creators of the comics you read
-Go on forums
-Have patience! Your readership will build up slowly but steadily
-Don't get discouraged! Draw to get your ideas out, not solely to increase your stats

Other than using the Tapastic forums maybe find a different fitting forum for the topic of your comic and present it there.
Just a quick example: you have unicorns in your comic, then it could go into fantasy forums.
Think outside the box for finding new readers.

It may be a good idea to initially draw more episodes than you need for your upload, so you have a buffer later on in case you get sick etc. It also helps catching breath when you need a break.

I would say take advantage of your social media accounts, tumblr and Facebook have groups for art/comics and you can make special pages/blogs for you comic. Whatever site you use can be used for promotion.
Then it really does come down to patience, and being active.

I've had friends create accounts here just so they could comment and leave likes XD
Also INTERACT!!! I cant stress how important that is. It's how you find content similar along the lines of yours. I have people following me for my rom com dialogues even though I know from an art point of view the drawings are childish.

Reading this warmed my heart, honest. I have been at my comic for over a year now and mine is also in two digits still. I feel lucky I still want to keep making it, but it is probably a question of when I won't anymore.
