I recently got "tipable" in my serie, and I observed that it's complicated to send a thanks message individually, so how do creators usually do this kind of stuff here?

I would just do a message at the end of an episode either in the episode itself or the description thanking people, maybe giving a shout-out to the big tippers.
At one point people sent out thank you's like for subscribers but others have a small banner at the end of their episodes giving a quick shout out to tippers and top tippers at the end of their episodes usually at the end of the month.
