How do I block somebody who hasn't commented?

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to block somebody who's circumventing previous blocks from my other socials...ugh. For some reason, there is no option on their profile to block them and since they haven't commented on any of my stuff (yet) I can't block them. I tried to reach out to Staff but for some reason the feedback@tapas.io email isn't currently working, I also sent them a Twitter DM but I'm unsure if I'll get a response from there.

Does anyone have any idea how to block someone under these circumstances? Not sure if this just...isn't a feature for some reason or if I'm missing something.

Here's how to block from a profile page - click on the three dots to get the block option

Hi! For some reason those three dots don't show up on their profile? This is all there is (Censoring their username + profile pic + library for privacy purposes)
