How do I create a banner-sized advert for promoting my BL series?

Hello there.

I'm relatively new to Tapas (been here for less than a month).

Under the Promotions topic, I notice a bunch of people advertising their series with a banner-like image + link combo. Tech-wise, my skills are woefully lacking. Will someone please tell me how to turn this link into a proper promo ad for my series? https://tapas.io/series/Bare-Possibilities
