I don't know how it works in other programs, but in photoshop, I open up the "channels" window, and I delete the green channel, and then I delete the "cyan" channel, so only the yellow channel is left. Then I convert the image to greyscale, and now I have just the non-blue part of the image!
Then you can go to Image > Adjustments > Levels to adjust how strong the contrast is and make your lines pop a little more.
