About videos content. It is curious, I haven't hear about that "Kizoa Movie Slideshow Maker" thing before. 
By the way, where are these anime-style characters from? They look like they are made in some character redactor.
Some suggestions:
First of all, I would suggest to crop the captured video, to delete window title and task bar.
Second, it was too hard to watch the first movie because of blinking transition between slides. I'd suggest to re-capture it without this transition as well.
Third, probably it all would look better, divided into distinct frames and re-organized into a comics.
