Writer's block really sucks, a lot. I had a long term writer's block prior to this. If you're having a hard time continuing the story, definitely give yourself a break. If what you're worried about is not having an update, it's okay! Your readers will understand it. Otherwise, a bit of a cheat tips, you can chop a long chapter into two parts, so you have two updates ready. For example, instead of one 1.4k words chapter, make it two 700 words chapters.
Aside from that, try reading your story again from the start, through the app/website, not through your drafts. It gives a feeling like you're a reader. For me, it helps with noticing things throughout the story that are left unnoticed by me as the writer. That being said, you as a "reader" can speculate how the story goes, leading to some ideas you might be able to use.
Also, look at the surrounding of your story, aside from your main character(s). You might find something interesting enough about the side characters or other information that you can explore more. Look around at your surroundings, too, as there might be something that inspires you. Or, read/watch/listen/research/look for whatever inspires you! Good luck!
