firstly - remember that every panel in every page doesnt have to be perfect. save perfection for emphasis.
also, learn some tools for making panels more simplistic - you can cut down backgrounds for gradients, place people in simple head shots. it may be boring, but its clearer than cramming things in and can well lead to interesting compositions.
also, to get inspired again in terms of comic-crafting, i like to watch videos about filmmaking (editing and cinematography mainly) and read understanding comics - both get my brain whirring on the potential for comic composition and get me excited to get going with it myself.
