You have to have a partnership with Tapas to do it... normally they will approach popular authors on the site or you might be able to submit it to them.
The reason is that they'll be setting the pay-walls for your chapters.
Yeah I think it's one of those, pitch to them and see if they will take it or they come to you type of situations but I don't know the details.
What is a pay-wall? Don't the writers get paid anymore? Is it like pay for popularity?

You have send your novel tot eh Tapastic team through a special email, then they review your submission and they let you know if you are accepted. But your novel has to be wither completed or close to completion. And I mean very close
