How do you leave comments under YOUR OWN story?

hi, me again. i don't know how to leave comments under my own novel (which is pretty amateur, i know) you know like where the authors name is listed at the bottom of the comic/novel. please tell me how. would really appreciate it.
BTW(i leave things like updates in regular comments section because i don't know how)

If you go to your dashboard, select the story, and then select episodes, you can scroll to the episode that you want to leave the comment. If you then click on the episode thumbnail, it will bring up a reader version of the episode. If you scroll to the end of the episode, you should see a comment option where you can leave a comment using the same format as your readers
