How do you report a aggregate website for illegal posting of chapters from different platforms

So I have come across a website called https://kagane.org/ which is posting chapters from nearly all platforms like tapas, kakao, lezhin, ridibooks, bomtoon etc. so I think about reporting this since it's illegal

I saw this part too.. I was like.... Not everyone has a copyright company to prove it for indie ceators.
I use copyright.com for mine, its free and includes a certificate, etc.

No I mean I want to report this website to tapas. They are posting their series on thrir website illegally

This honestly isnt the first and likely wont be the last time that something like this has happened. It should be possible to email the sites staff through their contact email that's available on the main site (bottom of the main page) but whether it leads to anything... i dunno.
