How far can I go with "Ecchi" and Sexual Content exactly?

Okay, so I assume most of us here are fans whose work is inspired by Japanese-style manga and Anime in some shape or form. When it comes to "Ecchi" or "Fanservice" type of content, I take inspiration in this field from Hiro Mashima.
I mean, my girls are hot, and my guys are sexy, so why not show off their "Assets" or write them in sexually compromising positions every once in a while? I have upcoming work pending that contains this, But here's the problem...

How much is too much on Tapas? On Webtoons, I got an episode taken down because of some over-the-clothing behind groping, and I ended up having to censor it for them to release it back.

I'm aware you can individually mark episodes as explicit, of course, but again, How far can you go even then? Then there's the Mature section, but I'm pretty sure I don't and won't qualify for that anytime soon.

So here are some question examples (Obviously, I can't show pictures for all questions below, so I'll share what I think is Maybe safe.)

The heroine uses her power to change clothing. She is currently only in a Bra and Panties. (Safe or not safe? I'd Like to assume safe because like what's the big deal?)

Next is a small panel of a direct shot of her behind while Panties form into string. Panties are still covering her behind in this panel, and there's no visible "Camel toe" (I assume this is pushing it?)

Next page, a full panel of Herioin as String forms into her new attire. String is strategically placed to cover nipples and privates. (This one I'm almost sure I can't get away with.)

Sex Scene Scenario: MC and a different heroine fall into temptation and start the process of lovemaking. During the scene, there is no full nudity; the heroine, at most, is undressed to her bra and panties. There is no penetration, but it will be implied that MC is rubbing her "down there" (Safe or too far?)

These are all the most recent examples of the work I have in front of me that I'm not sure I can release uncensored; so how many of these can I release here exactly without censoring? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

What you've showed should be fine if marked as mature, the rubbing part could be too much depending on how you frame it and I think there may be a chance that "too hot for webtoon" panel may be showing too much for tapas as well (though here it'd most likely be a case of tapas hiding it on the mobile app and the new, popular, etc sections (as those are synced up with the app) and letting you know what needs to be changed to be let back in), I think this could be a gamble on who gets to your case if that page gets reported...

I censor even bathing suits for mine. On Webtoon and Tapas just in case, with block outs saying where the read the uncensored.
The rest is on Comic Fury as uncensored. I just have to set it for what ever content it has. For mine its Mature. And you can add onto it by checking boxes specifically what is included. Partial nudity, full, then sexual stuff, explicit. Etc. You can even set it to partial nudity or full but check off sexual. Not all nudity is sexual. The site goes from G to 18+

I think it just depends. Do these elements add to the story? If not I wouldn’t bother to add it.

I'd err on the side of caution and censor everything you're not sure of, especially stuff in a sexual context, even with a Mature tag enabled.

Censorship on both Webtoon and Tapas can be inconsistent, and I've seen a popular creator have their stuff taken down (and even their creator dashboard made inaccessible due to a bunch of (I'm assuming) backend errors.)

@Animefanka I see, I had a feeling most of the other stuff would need to be censored, but judging by what I'm hearing, I think even showing the heroine in her underwear may be pushing it, and no doubt about the rubbing part. I had no intention of actually paneling that. I was going to imply it with dialogue.

@GothickangelStudios That kind of sucks that swimsuits aren't really safe here, but I never heard of Comic Fury. That's another platform I'll be trying now. Thank you!

@ueonts Absolutely; the heroine controls thread and hates new clothing, so showing how she alters her clothing without necessarily changing her clothes is an important sub-plot that comes up quite often. And sex scenes are important as they can show how the relationship between two characters is deepening and developing. Of course, this only applies when done sparingly, and I really don't plan on making that a regular thing.

@Haeki I see you're most likely right; it's probably best to play it safe and censor this stuff on here. Thank you!
