Well.. let's see.
First, I would recommend you to make a buffer and keep chapters scheduled, since you're a student. That way you can work on things calmly without stressing much about deadlines. Still, since you're studying then that should be your main priority, not the Novel, so avoid stressing yourself with things that are not even that important right now.
Second, France. Ok no, but leaving the World Cup joke aside.
The thing is that you're new, you've only posted one single episode... a week ago , you can't expect your series to jump in popularity the moment you start.
You're not the only one writer or comic artist out there using Tapas, so mind that of course is going to be hard for you to grow when you're just starting. I'll recommend you to have a realistic goal, making 100 by the end of 2023 is a more realistic one for example, not to unmotivate you of course.
But consider the following. Every day, at every hour, there are series being updated or published, be it comics, be it novels, imagine that in fact you're actually one of 61,000 creators aproximately in this platform.
The only thing you can do, is to continue having a weekly posting schedule, the lenght of chapters is ideal so keep that up.
Whenever you make an update, share it, use hashtags and the link to the chapter/series. Share it be it here in the forum, social media such as facebook, twitter, or other forums/groups/communities/discord servers.
I'll recommend you not to get too obsessed with views, comments or subscribers, since those things come with time as you build your presence, not to mention try to avoid doing those "Sub x Sub" exchanges, since most of the time those are not readers, but authors that just like you only want to inflate their numbers, and that with time or even a few days later you subscribed to them, they will unsub from you.
