I'm currently unemployed due to mental health issues, and have few responsibilities, so technically I have lots of free time. I really, really wish I was spending most of it on drawing. In pure theory, I could draw at least 3 hours a day, almost everyday. Why I can't? Wish I knew
Perhaps because I have time management skills of a potato, and very likely ADHD (and one artblock after another, do you see the vicious cycle yet). I think I tried any kind of time management technique that exists... Nothing really works in a long run for me.
I constantly feel like I'm wasting my time and hate myself for it, but I also feel too powerless to do anything about it.
So... for a week, I'd say it amounts to 5-10 hours, or even less. When I was working on my comic, it was, I think, 15 or so hours on a good week (not counting time spent on putting the pages together digitally, lettering, etc.)
