How much for stock art/photography?

So I'm aware that some people will or have paid to use stock art for a various number of projects, what I'm curious about is how much it's costed or what prices people are willing to pay?

Pricing of products it's no easy task as has been shown for folks who do commissions (myself included) so any input would be a great help

Depends on the type of copyright that you need, but usually companies buy stock photos in bulk, which is how they get em for less than a dollar each. If you just want one single stock it'll probably be about 5-10 dollars (depends). If you have an Adobe Account I believe you get a certain amount of free stock images you can use as well as part of the deal. Some stock companies will make you leave their logo on the stock, other's don't.

The only time I've used it is for graphic design companies, so I never actually purchased it myself--just made them do it, and they had a package so they didn't really care how many I made them get.

Also not sure if you meant stock photos but I'm using those for my novel covers. How much I'm willing to spend really depends on how many projects I have planned currently or if the time I'll have to choose the photos is limited or not. Like there are 'subscription' models where you'll get x photos a day or a month but you have to download them in that time or they'll be lost and then there are models where you can download x photos in an unlimited amount of time (often coupled with some digital currency that you buy and then exchange for the photos later).
For the subscription model, I've paid about 150$ once to get a bulk (700+ photos I think?) and then used those for the covers + social media posts etc. But I've noticed I don't need as many so I normally buy a smaller pack of the second model now for about 40$. How many photos I'll get for that depends on the size and resolution I need so it's hard to say.

Edit: If we're talking about commissioning actual art for a cover, I haven't done that yet but I think I'd be willing to pay anything between 100-200$ for that. It's probably worth more (just considering the hours spent on it) but that's the most I could pay for one piece of art without becoming broke in a year
Honestly, I publish something almost every month or at least every second month. I just can't commission artworks for that all the time so I mostly go with photos or any stock art. I want to commission something for one series further down the road though since it'd fit with the cover of the sequel but that's something to consider for later.

Stock photos can be very useful. They are loved by both collectors and those who need images for advertising. I used to buy stock photos that cost up to five dollars, but on my wedding day, my friends decided to surprise me by giving me the opportunity to use the services of orlando wedding photographer. Our wedding photos were beautiful! and the most important thing is that I would not have found them anywhere else. Great emphasis was placed on the interior of the wedding and there were many pictures that show wicker chairs with silk capes. Insanely beautiful
