oooh man I've been making attempts at webcomics ever since middle school (gonna include some pages because I love looking at my improvement and I kinda have a lot to say about thsi)
My first attempt is probably Warrior Of Dreams, a kingdom hearts plot ripoff with NiGHTS Into Dreams characters/fancharacters and a blatant self insert slapped onto it. It went for about 12?? pages before I discontinued it. I was 11 or 12 when I started on it and it's super How To Draw Anime Art Book esque and had like zero effort put into it. also I'd switch between color/b&w and traditional/digital/markers/pencils constantly and sometimes I'd do some unholy mix of all of them and you'd get a mess of copic and colored pencils with gimp's smudge tool all over the place. most of the digital files have been destroyed but here's a page I found in my cabinet from it.

Second attempt at a webcomic is Coulrophobia, in the height of my mario rpg phase (is it really a phase if youre still kinda into it?) when I was 14/15 I wanted to make a fancomic of my headcanon on what happened after the villains died. It was a crossover of the Mario & Luigi RPGs and the Paper Mario series. It went for 13 pages and somewhat of an outline but no script and no update schedule before it died. Early last year around february when I was 16 I rebooted it and it was honestly much better but now I was working only off the top of my head, no new outline and maybe if I remembered I'd write down some of the dialogue on pages but that only happened about three or four times. Made it to 14 pages and a short RPGmaker game to speed up a few scenes and to make it more interactive before calling it quits again. I 'm still real proud of some of the reboot pages (kinda hard to see with that luminosity filter abuse though aint it young me). I was 17 when I discontinued it. here's the original vs the reboot. You can read what little there is of it on the ComicFury site for it.

I started SPIRE here at 17 a few months ago!! I'm working on the 39th page right now which is the furthest I've made it into any personal project and I'm really happy with myself. I'm 18 right now and it finally has a working outline, full chapter script, and an update schedule I can keep up with and I'm having a lot of fun working on it.
