How old were you when you started your webcomic?

I drew the main characters of Unfamiliar for the first time when I was 20, worked on it for a year, and just started posting at the age of 21. My embarrassingly old comic I was doing before was started when I was only 15 though aaaah. It did well on Smackjeeves (900+ fans, which was a lot on Smackjeeves haha) but I had to stop updating it because the art and story were, well, developed by a 15 year old. xD I have a secret fear that my old comic will be more popular that my current one. >w>''

I started making comics (traditional) when I was 11 or 12. Then I found out about webcomics like about 2 years ago and I didn't even know how to use a tablet and a software back then, but since I like doing it I started posting my webcomics. Now I'm 22, I decided to reboot my webcomic Time Lapseand post it here on tapastic.

I tried doing one at 12~13, complete failure tho, but this year I started making VCvsDvsCFAD and is going really good. I'm at 20 now.

I started posting my current comic, Neon Rabbit, this year, so 25-years-old. Though I did start writing it last year, so technically 24.

I started posting gag comics and funny one-shot Christmas comic specials since I was about 14 I think?
Tales from the Well is my first on-going webcomic, and I made that last year when I was 21 :]

I was 16, and had my first go at a webcomic as part of a project in school.

Lo, it was terrible and I shall not speak its name, and it's best forgotten by the world, but I learned a lot while doing it, and felt a lot more confident going on to my next comic after I'd given up on that first attempt. I've pretty much been drawing comics constantly ever since, but most of them have been fanzines/self-published for cons. Grassblades is my first big ongoing webcomic since I was 16.

But yes, I've been drawing comics regularly for 12 years.

ETA: This just goes to show I shouldn't reply to stuff before I've had my morning tea. >.< You were asking specifically about my current comic! I've been planning Grassblades on and off for 6-7 years, but I've been drawing/posting since late 2014/early 2015.

Genuinely starting to worry Im the oldest starter here. Aside from a few goes at making comics when I was in my early teens (traditionally) I started making webcomics when I was 28, finished that one and moved onto another one which Im currently on. That was two years ago though so not very long comparatively.
Funnily enough the comic I tried to draw when I was in my teens had some of the same characters Ive managed to use now, but in a different story context. 18 years or something is a long time to have some characters hovering over you!

I started planning Soul Ascendance when I was 15 although it was a completely different story back then.

When I was 21 I officially started making pages but then I went on a long hiatus and rebooted it at age 22 around late January. I'm now 23 (Birthday was June 12) and currently halfway through chapter 2.

If you count the dumb fan-comic I did on DeviantArt, then 16.

For my first real webcomic...like not giving up after 4 pages, I was 21.

Though for my current comic, 24. Tho it is based off something I wrote when I was 14 or 15.

I am currently 25.

I started making comics when I was 6 years old. I officially started Cosmic Funnies on deviant art in 2010. I was 24 years old.

I recently started posting Cosmic Funnies on Tapastic during march at the age of 30.

I started making 20 Galaxies into a comic in 1996 -- so I was 13 or 14 at the time. As I recall the internet was just starting to get into the public awareness then, so 20G didn't go online til 2002.

I still have the 1996 comics though.

The idea for Amaranth developped when I was 13 and the characters and story have evolved a lot over the years. Started it last june at age 26.

But I didn't start Whose World until last year. I'm 28 now.

10 years old... When I started, I couldn't stop drawing. And I remember some of the first characters I've created. One of them was a blonde little girl who kept trolling her parents, teachers and friends.
