How to Bypass Region lock in Android?

VPN doesn't seem to work, my country is crazy Islamic and censors horror and 18+ content (Only Interested in the horror one), I can access it fine on laptop with a VPN but on Android it doesn't seem to work even when reinstalling without login using VPN

Use puffin browser. It have a build in vpn based on us. And its free. But it's blocked in China and an Arabic country I guess, so you might just look for the .apk file in the internet. But if its still did not work, there's tunnel bear, but I never use it before, and a paid one, I guess?

browser with VPN seems to work fine, Line Webtoon with VPN doesn't work well, the country is Indonesia (getting shittier each and every year)
Webtoon probably detects the phone firmware (maybe ?)

Just use the browser and don't go to the Indonesian webtoon. Search the U.S. one. That one have much more variety to read.
