If it's the second round then, that means it must be an elimination contest with an already pre-existing first round entry that already closed and just a few selected entries have moved to the next step.
I would say... that if you're not good at English (Considering the very obvious spelling mistakes even in your post here) and on top of that you don't even know Korean, then you won't manage to enter a contest if you have poor writing skills, especially in a language that you don't know at all.
The only contest that seems to have been available so far is not even a collaboration with Webnovel, but the platform Munpia
"While there are no restrictions to participants’ nationality, the contest is open only to novels in Korean. Winning novels will be published on both platforms."
Considering your previous desperation to get an artist in such a short period spawn for the Call to Action Contest, probably without even a proper script or storyboard ready, and the absolute lack of payment. I don't believe you either have the money to properly pay an editor, a proofreader or a translator.
Not to mention that I recall you made a thread asking for feedback not so long ago regarding a novel you were posting on Tapas, and a fellow author and editor provided you with not only tips but an honest review, mentioning that you have... very unpolished skills, which also, seem that said post is no longer available.
