It's not letting me. My paypal is different from the email I registered on tapas
It should be possible. Mine also different from my tapas email. I even changed the email again not long ago and it worked fine.
Alternatively, you should be able to add a second (non-primary) email to your Paypal account if the Tapas site fails you.
