Lossless compression actually increases the size
For uploading on tapas, only png is suitable out of these "lossless" formats anyway.
You have two options: 1) convert the image to JPG; it is lossy compression, so it will decrease the file size, how much it depends on the quality setting - you probably want to save it at 100% and no chroma subsampling (this option might be called differently in various programs), for the best quality possible.
2) Save the image as PNG but slice it into multiple parts before uploading to tapas, so it doesn't go over the limit.
