How to shorten my novel?

Hi, everyone
I have read that many of you recommend that every chapter shouldn't have more than 1,500 words, and if's it more than it's best to shorten it, but in my novel every chapter reaches 3,500 words and a little more because I like writing details in some situations, so can anyone give me a piece of advice on how to shorten them??, because I tried and it's really hard.

You don't need to shorten the chapters. The advice is to keep episodes on Tapas no more than 2k works.
Just break up your chapters, like find where one scene naturally ends or transitions to another scene and make the split there.
My chapters are usually broken up into 4 or so episodes.
