Well I've been making comics before webtoons were a thing and my first one was absolute trash. I panic and felt sad and deleted it. Actually I've done that more than once, nothing was ever good enough. The thing is unless you've already mastered all the parts to making a visual story you should see your comic more as a learning experience than trying to get big. Dissect the comics you read and keep learning.
Also relying on algorithms to get you views isn't the best option. To take control somewhat you need to promote your work and treat it like a business even if you are just doing it for hobby otherwise you are essentially waiting for people to come and look at your work.
If you try to make your current comic the best thing ever/popular instead of the best you can do, you will always feel miserable. Trying to constantly hit viewers and subscribers is painful. Even if you get there, you are going to want to get more. It's nice to have viewers but using it as a metric of success is a bad idea and is extremely stressful. It would be different if someone ways paying you or this was your job. But you're not getting paid from having this comic so don't add anymore stress than you need to.
If things don't turn out the way you wanted, figure out how to make them better. You often need a good story, good art, and luck to make it popular. Two of those you can directly control so focus on that and just do the best you can.
Being better than you were yesterday is all you need to really do. Good luck and don't forget to have fun.
