But her reaction to being asked out would probably be more embarrassed, if he caught her off guard. All I see is her saying "Sheesh, couldn't you have asked me out on a day where I wasn't wearing a muumuu and toe socks?" (to be fair, she loves wearing muumuus and toe socks, but it's not quite sexy lol.)

My OC would deny his feelings even at gun point and end of the world He's lost too much that he won't want to reach out and risk losing anyone else T_T. On the plus side the other OC would know him well and just ask them out instead. problem solved lol

Caiden confidentally asks Lisanne to join him on an adventure to explore the woods or village. Lisanne blushes and it happy to join. The two explore together. Caiden takes Lisanne around while Lisanne makes sure they are safe by looking around for danger. In the end, Caiden wants to go on another date someday and Lisanne is happy to go with him again.
Lisanne is nervous to ask Caiden out. Lisanne awkwardly asks Caiden if he wants to go on a date. Caiden accepts. Lisanne takes Caiden on a date, hoping the date goes well.
Saylis would definitely just go, Saylis: ._. OkIf he was being asked out he wouldn't be super suprised because he's gotten used to it since he is a love god.He has unintentional rizzNow when it comes to him asking someone out, he would get overly stimulated and have a stroke T.TSaylis to someone: ....I...would....you- dies
Since Chili flirts with Texas constantly, at this point I'm pretty sure she'd just be surprised that he actually overtly asked her out (finally) and not that embarrassed

I would describe it, but it sort of already happened in the comic.
So I guess I would say accidentally, to the point where they didn't even realize that they had a crush on each other.
And for a little bonus treat, here is another section of the comic, not necessarily about asking out a crush, but it is related.
Sidenote, looking back at these earlier sections of the comic really put into perspective for me how different the comic is now compared to then,
well, actually that girl is a merchant class adventurer, shes going to use the 10,000 as capital to expand her business and build an empire. shes gonna pay whoever lucky bastard it is, ten fold and give her love as well hehe
