I can’t upload my comics

It won’t let me upload my comics to tapas. I was fine on webtoon and I checked the file size and the image ratios and it’s all fine but it just won’t let me upload the files. It either freezes when I try upload from my gallery or won't let me upload the files at all. I’m uploading from iPad and the program I use is clip studio paint could either of those details be the issue? Help would be appreciated

Hey there! Okay, so your pages are definitely 940 pixels wide, and saved in jpg format?

Though uploading from iPad might be the issue here. I don't know how well that works; most people upload from a desktop computer. Can you try another browser? ie. if you're using Navigator, try Chrome and see if that works.

I’ll try on chrome and yeah everything else seems to be right

I’ve had this issue before on my iPad. Sometimes it just won’t take the file so I exit out and make a new file (same everything) and it uploads. 🤷‍♀️
