you may want to check with staff but one thing you might want to also have a look at is if youve verified your account email and done the captcha to "check if you're human"
i know the email thing is something that hapens depending on if you created your account on desktop or mobile so making sure you've signed into both and verified your email is one of those semi important things thats sonetimes overlooked and idk how much its changed since old tapas
if all else fails tho emailing them or reaching out via the official discord should provide an answer
