It's interesting, though it was kind of hard for me to follow. It kind of feels like it's jumping around even though it isn't.... I wish I was better at explaining it, but it was just like a lot of information being thrown at me at once. First we find out this character died, we get the narrator dealing with guilt over whatever happened, then it's a month later and the person isn't dead, and we get a reunion between them, then we get some background and then it's two years later. I'm guessing it's done this way to set the scene for the rest of the story, but it's hard to gauge how well it works overall without being able to read the rest of the story yet. I'll have to see when the next part comes out next week.
