I usually promote my stuff through joining Tapas forum threads, besides a few promotional ones from time to time, and posting across multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram (reels, carousels, stories), Twitter, and etc. Sometimes, I would check the Tapas discord too, but I like how organized the forums are here on the Tapas site. Occasionally, I would mention my web novel or writing hobby to other communities that I'm in as well. So far, my friends and acquaintances there think it's neat. Some would check out my work whenever they could to support me or give me some helpful feedback.
I've noticed that whenever Tapas would hold a contest, a lot of creatives who join would get their other works out there as a result. So, that could help boost your presence!
