Okay, then I suggest searching tutorials on those things, and seeing if you feel like you could improve on the ones that exist. For example, do they go too fast? Are the examples they give not clearly applicable to comics? Is the English not as clear as it could be? Could the tone be more approachable? Could the presentation be more fun?
With clip studio, the tutorial videos are often translated and focused on manga-format comics (ie. tall bubbles etc) for print (not web) so there might be space for a channel with tutorials more aimed at an English-speaking audience making webcomics, and that will be your USP (Unique Selling Point).
