Hi guys.
I wanted you all to see and give your opinions on my new book cover. I am showing the old ones and the new ones here.

Old one:

New ones:

1)By @summermcallen

2)The newest one: By me:

I am unable to choose between them since one was given by one of the artists here and one was made by me. So I want you all to decide. Also, my real text is long and I am thinking of changing it into the last one. So the text is still incomplete in the second one.

Hmm I really think it depends on the kind of "vibe" you have for your story? The first one makes me think of a gritty and action packed story and the second one has more of a mystery/drama vibe to it? I think it really depends on which tone. your story has. Personally, I actually really like old cover, but that's just me!

First of all they have a very different vibe, so you better decide what you prefer. The second one also looks like not a great mix in Photoshop, despite having nice pictures on it, it needs more thought put in it.

Actually I am worried that if I use the first one, the readers will come in expectations with horror type vibes. But I am still in the beginning arc so I just don't want to give them a wrong idea

First of all I will ask you to not use the art of other people in your work, people here don't generally like it =) You can always ask other artists here to make a cover for you and pay in ink.
Secondly, yeah, the first one definitely gives the horror vibe.

The art used in the second one is paid one, i.e, I have the respective rights to use it. I myself don't like using copyrighted images. So no problem with that thing.
Hmm, then I will leave it the same again.
No answers this time. I will try again later.

(Wasn't sure if you were looking for opinions on the covers or just choosing between covers but oh well)
Vibes aside, the text and placement is a bit weird, in my opinion.

The first one has big and blocky font with a pixelated "error" across it. It looks a bit confusing to me and visually feels sort of complicated(?). I'm not really sure how to explain this in English, but it's not horrible, just feels a little off.

The second one, I think the title is not bad, but you should keep some consistency and maybe have the "reincarnated as an error holder" with the same font as Re: Wind. I'm also not sure what the text in the bottom left corner says, but it doesn't really fit color-wise and the font is too hard to read.

Also, the boy and the background don't really work together well, the bg with the rocks is very clean and almost realistic, but the boy has more messier lines. The cat is actually a bit softer and looks a little better with the boy than the rocks do. Some contrast would also be nice since the boy and bg are both a little dark.

I think making different iterations of covers and moving the boy and title around to see what looks nice would be helpful because the title is a little too far left. A. good cover can really help your numbers.

I really like all of these! I agree with others that it just depends what feel your going for. My person favorite is the first new one! The composition is nice, and it makes me want to learn more about the story!

I personally like the second one better if you are going for a fantasy vibe, but the first one is better for a horror vibe. Both are great art-wise though!

The first new one is better in my opinion.

I really don't mean to be rude, but I think the "Re: Zero" style of titling will put a lot of people off. Copying a popular work's style so openly will cause a lot of potential readers, who could have followed your story closely, to turn away from it instead.

Oh i love the last one, the one by you. It makes me want to read it. Love the chill cool vibes

You draw the second image. I just edited it for 5 minutes. So please credit yourself.
I also agree with Kelheor, try not to use other people images. The first one and the third one are images that you use without credeting and probably also without paying for them. The title on the third one could also start a discussion bc of the "RE:" usage.
