Honestly, at this stage, I think you should just keep making pages. You're probably coming across a lot of new challenges as you make these that you're having to work out how to overcome, so I don't want to heap a ton of other new lessons on top, especially when you're already struggling to keep up with the update schedule you've set yourself.
A good piece of advice I've seen around is: "Learn to draw fast first, then you can learn to draw well". If you focus on getting faster at drawing first, you can quickly iterate on things and react to criticism faster and more easily. So keep going and getting faster at drawing in this style by practising.
So just one thing you could try to incorporate: Panel borders. Can you work out a way to add a black or white line around your panels to separate them? Or even better, could you add a thin black border around panels and then a consistent amount of white space between them? Try searching online for "[name of app you're using] comic panels" or similar and there might be tutorials.
