If you want to do art/writing related gigs, you can do commissions, offer assistant services, proof-reader, editor, inker, colorist, background, storyboardist. Offer personalized illustrations or write for another person (paid fanfiction is a thing)
Fiverr is basically about being underpriced and only when you're "old" enough to raise the price you can actually do it, it's like a snowball effect. However, if you need the money asap then I won't recommend it, since it has lots of taxes and walls to obtain your money, basically it takes time so if you need it quickly it's not recommended.
Here I explain in detail about commissions, but it's most related to art stuff.
Other types of gigs you could do that are not related at all to arts, are babysitting, doing errands for the elderly, cleaning services, cooking in schools or retirement homes, dog walker, paint walls.
If there isn't enough greenery then instead of mowing grass you can broom the concrete then washing it, and you don't even need the powerful gear you'll see on those tiktok cleaning videos.
Another thing you could do is cook, if you're good baking cupcakes, cakes, pies or cookies then you can sell those and work by commission as well.
Other thing you could do is getting into a quick career that won't last more than 6-7 months, like hairdressing. After or even during the career you can start offering your services, people have hair and it will grow back so every 1-2 months you'll have clients returning to get their hair cut, especially those that live with short hair or have specific haircuts that require maintenance.
