why cant you storyboard yourself?
storyboarding at an early phase doesnt necessarily need to be amazingly drawn, just show the action. and you can learn to storyboard, and to draw, and to write - all on your own!

if you want to improve at writing, tip number one is WRITE!! WRITE A LOT!! WRITE ANYTHING!! and tip number two is to look into books like the anatomy of story by john truby and story by robert mckee. youll find a lot of info on screenwriting on youtube that you can transfer to writing for animation.
if you want to improve at drawing, DRAW!! A LOT!! DRAW THINGS YOU SEE! DRAW PEOPLE YOU SEE! LEARN ANATOMY! LEARN GESTURE! i recommend proko on youtube, and theres lots of different tutorials online you can find helpful.
the harsh truth is nobodys gonna work with you if they can work for themselves and youre bringing nothing to the table. if you want to work in animation, you just gotta get learning
