I think the most famous example was a man named Paul Karason. Honestly his story is kind of sad if you ever read into it but I would say I don't find his blue skin off putting, and just looking at him, I would say he looks like a totally agreeable person.

Although he may not have been a hot lady, I think this has got the be the closest real world example of your scenario.

I think it's because he's a little kid and very naive.

I remember him believing in a flat earth-adjacent conspiracy theories and nephilim conspiracy theories a while back, and There's also a conspiracy theory around RH negative people being aliens or angels or something going around. A lot of his weird random topics over the past year can be relatively easily explained if you know about some of the more out-there conspiracies, in the same way you know the canthal tilt thing to be bs when you know it's a conspiracy started by incels and propped up by dubious "studies" from the evo-psych world.

Tl;dr: this kid's internet is cooked. He's here, and then conspiracy videos/websites/groups. That's also probably why he only refers to women as "females" but men as men because the incel world heavily overlaps with some conspiracy people.

yeah, but this IS a health issue, so I thought the OP meant when it isn't caused by an allergic reaction or anything of the sort. I think he still looks like a friendly normal guy, but your skin definitely isn't supposed to turn blue
