If there was a human girl with smooth blue skin and white colored hair, plus she has a perfect body and a beautiful face ...My question is would you go out with her? ...Also if you are a female, would you go out with a blue skin man with white colored hair?

Note: She does not have a genetic defect, she is perfectly healthy, same goes for the blue skin guy

I don't think I'd have a problem with it, especially if it's not a disease. Maybe I had too many Liara-romance Mass Effect playthroughs. I'd think it was a bit strange, but I'm a fairly eccentric sort of person.

Of course, a lot depends on her personality, you know. If she has a huge chip on her shoulder and blows up at anyone humming "Da ba dee da ba die" that would be a problem.

If she tattooed herself blue or takes a bath in blue ink to get blue, that would be a major red flag, same as any other extreme body modification. I'm assuming being blue is natural to her.

If you think blue skin is a deal breaker, you need to talk to more weirdos. People will be attracted to anything vaguely humanoid with a fun personality, some people would even consider a conventionally attractive woman with blue skin and white hair not weird enough to be considered an “out there” crush. Everyone has different preferences for their romantic parnters and for who they think would be cool to hang out. Some don't really care how non-human a character is to go on a date -- a triangle chao entity with a tophat (fanart does exist . . .!?!)

One might find the romantic attraction to be zero for other reasons, such as opposite gender or their actions (fighting monsters) -- and yet a different person may have fallen in love for the same reason. You cannot predict who a random someone will find personally attractive.

Overall, I think most people's reaction to a stranger's appearance would only include "I may like to go out with this stranger" IF they are feeling attraction. Otherwise, we don't really consider it. If your story-specfic perspective is feeling attraction, that is what you should write.

Let's take Dahlia from the dating game: "Monster Camp" for example. She is one of the character you can hang out with and/or date. Why would you choose or not choose her on a dating route? Is the the colour of her skin and hair part of any of your reasons?

Oh, and for outcast reactions from general crowd, possibly reference "Wicked". Elphaba has green skin.

Also, I was super fascinated by that purple man who appeared on Oprah. I find that sort of thing cool. There were also the Fugate family which had a rare disorder that caused them to have blue skin.

If you want to know how people would react in reality, unfortunately, like other minority groups, they are easily excluded or marginalized.
Although it may sound a bit self-righteous, personally, I would first consider whether the person is kind and has an easy-going personality.

There was a family in the US some years ago that had blue skin as a genetic trait or something, the Fugate family iirc. I think I heard in some video or article that mention how folks around them treated them-- though they were mostly isolated. You could read up on them to kind of get a general feel for how normal folks would respond. Grated, sources might be a wee bit... dated. And I don't recall nearly enough to say how useful any of this might be.

Me personally, though...? I hate attention. Being with someone so unique would be very difficult. And I, personally, don't feel romantic pulls that hard (relationships in general are generally too much work imo...) so I'd probably not based on "this would take too much of my energy being looked at for too little in return". I'm definitely not the one to ask about dating.

You've said absolutely nothing about her personnality so I have no idea if I would. You've essentially just described a sexy na'vi and asked "smash?". If she was kind and funny o don't think blue skin would matter.

Just side note, since negative ions help absorb oxygen and her blue skin, for human, typically mean low oxygen levels -- does she have any health aids handy just in case? A medical bracelet for a different parameter of healthy oxygen level for paramedics in she falls unconscious with her oxygen levels, an inhaler, glasses, medicene. Might include those in your description of her if she's a healthy human with a health condition.

In her case she does not have low oxygen levels, she is perfectly healthy but the only thing is that she gets a little dizzy when she takes certain medication when she gets a normal sickness like a cold or fever. This is how her body lets her know if some medication is good or bad for her
