I think Tapastic should add Staff Pick badges for covers!

As a creator, I've always loved when one of my projects have earned a staff pick. Brings in new subscribers, and provides a certain promised level of quality. Problem is, it only lasts for a few weeks. Sites like Kickstarter or Vimeo have staff pick badges that you can put on thumbnails of the series.

How about adding this for Tapastic too? Something to display on your comics cover, to show it's a Tapastic Staff Pick?

I kind of like this idea; it would be nice to have a commemoration of having been in Staff Picks! : ) I'd been chosen too but there's no way of showing it anymore. x'D

I love when websites have a badge system. I don't know why. I just think it's Pavlovian or something.

I think it's a great idea and certainly would help to promote the comic even after the initial staff pick promotion!

seconded - it's concrete proof of something that can be a real pull for readers and probably sway job interviews in your favour in the print comic realm.

I'd really like this because I THINK I got a staff pick when I first started here, but I'm still not sure to this day. :'D I didn't know about it back then so I never checked...
Though I feel like if this did get implemented, it would only be put on comics that get staff picks after the update, and that would kinda suck. Do the staff have some sort of way of knowing every single staff pick they've made since the start of staff picks?

I second this, it would be unfortunate to not be included bc I was already in SP. You also mentioned that you had a lot more immediate success on here than webtoons and that happened for me too, bc of staff picks, so I wouldn't be surprised if you had been featured as well. : )

I'm like 90% sure I did get it, however when I first started, I was also posting daily (sometimes multiple times a day) for almost a month, so I'll never be 100% sure if the amount of feed back was from staff pick or very frequent activity. :'D

(Of course someone did create an unofficial badge, you could have people using them dishonestly.)
