I think you have plenty of potential. This has some solid art and writing and creative ideas about things like your panel compositions. It's just a little unpolished in presentation right now.
Your handwriting is very neat, but you might get a more professional look if you use a typed font off Blambot (try looking at which fonts are free in the "Dialogue" section) or Google Fonts (check the "hand" type).
Consider maybe making your panel borders a bit thicker. I know at first it might feel like wasted space, but it'll make the comic feel more readable. On some pages there were no borders at all, which I wouldn't recommend unless you're going to do some fancy fade effects. Use panel borders to help keep the comic readable.
Try bumping up the overall contrast a little generally. You're using a lot of mid-tones and it can look a bit muddy. More contrast will help you keep that dark, gritty tone while having a crisper, more readable look.
If you can get hold of a great book called "Making Comics" by Scott McCloud from a book shop or library, it's worth a read. It'll help you understand when and where to use comic techniques to the best effect.
Keep going!
(Side note: I did a double-take when I saw the name of chapter 6 because it's the name of my comic. )
